Shirdi Sai Baba
Shirdi Sai Baba invites you with His luminous eyes, full of compassion, like a mother. The white marble Shirdi Sai is placed against a picturesque background of colorful panels. He wears a rudraksha (seed) garland and a gold crown. A magnificent aura of the saint’s spiritual powers permeates the atmosphere.
Shirdi Baba stands for victory in action as He was installed on January 16, 2020 and in quick succession other temples were opened within few weeks.
Behind the Sai Baba in the same premises is the Athi Vinayaka (made out of a fig tree). He is unique in His looks and a replica of the Vinayaka at Idagunji temple in Karnataka. This mesmerizing Vinayaka inspires love in our hearts. Guru Sathya Sai Baba is placed along with Vinayaka.
Dhuni or sacred fire continually burning is an integral part of Shirdi Sai Baba. The 14 feet Dhuni is distinctive and a class by itself in brass comprising of a cluster of carvings. Get ready to hold your breath for all these are displayed artistically – Hanuman, Muruga, Chakra (discus), Conch of Perumal, Thiruvadi (holy feet), Crescent Moon, Cross, AUM, Swastika, 2 Yaalis (lion), 12 zodiac symbols, 27 Natchathirams (stars) with a pyramid on the top.
Everyone is welcome to offer dry coconuts with ghee (available in the premises) for a very nominal charge.
